Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives on pace, partnership, and delivery?
We’re working with a fast-growing IT consultancy that partners with leading enterprise clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions across AI, engineering, and cloud.
They’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to take ownership of consultant recruitment – building the teams that deliver directly into their blue-chip clients.
This isn’t internal recruitment in the traditional sense. You’ll operate more like a commercial talent consultant, working hand-in-hand with the sales and delivery teams to anticipate demand, source exceptional talent, and shape the future workforce of a consultancy that’s scaling fast.
To be considered, candidates must be working in agency recruitment (within technology)
What you’ll be doing
- Own end-to-end hiring for technical and consulting roles, from pipeline to placement.
- Partner with sales and delivery leaders to forecast demand and align hiring strategy with client projects.
- Source, engage, and secure top-tier candidates across AI, data, cloud, and software engineering.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines to stay ahead of client needs and market trends.
- Map the market – identify key talent, competitor activity, and emerging skill areas.
- Provide insight and influence – advising internal stakeholders on hiring strategies and market dynamics.
- Champion an outstanding candidate experience that reflects a professional, purpose-driven consultancy.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in agency recruitment with a commercial, delivery-focused mindset.
- A strong understanding of technology recruitment, ideally across AI, engineering, or digital transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management – comfortable working closely with sales or client-facing teams.
- Track record of building pipelines and engaging passive talent in competitive markets.
- Highly organised, data-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced growth environment.
- Motivated by impact – you love seeing the direct commercial and client results of your work.
What’s on offer
- £45,000 – £55,000 base + bonus (placement fee basis)
