Having already established successful Data, AI, Cloud & Software Engineering training academies, they are now looking to do the same within Business Analytics, due to high client demand.
 
They are looking to hire a Business Analyst Trainer to lead an innovative 12-week BA training program designed to prepare the next generation of Business Analyst professionals, and get them ‘BA Consultant ready’
 
This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst with passion for training & developing others.
 
Key Responsibilities
Lead Training

• Serve as the Lead Instructor for the Business Analytics programme
• Guide participants through practical labs, projects, simulations, and real-life case studies to equip them with industry-ready skills

Curriculum Development

• Ensure the 12-week BA program remains cutting-edge by integrating the latest tools, technologies, practices & trends within Business Analytics.

Assess & Mentor

• Develop assessment methods to measure student progress and knowledge retention.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to help students achieve competency and confidence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Business Analytics Expertise: At least 2+ years of experience in the BA industry.
• Training Experience: Proven experience as a Trainer, Instructor, Tutor, Teacher, Lecturer, Coach or Mentor.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to explain complex information in a simple, easy to understand way

Job Details

• Location: Predominantly remote, with occasional on-site requirements in London.
• Salary: £60,000 – £80,000
