We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This home-based role offers the opportunity to lead key projects within succession planning, talent/performance management and manager training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the talent and succession planning framework, ensuring its alignment with organisational goals.
- Drive the capability agenda, including redesigning the appraisal process (e.g., 9-box grids) to enhance effectiveness and clarity.
- Collaborate with managers across the business to deliver training on the refreshed talent and performance tools.
What to Expect:
- Home-based with fully expensed travel.
- Two visits per month to our Leicester office.
- Occasional national travel to meet with managers and deliver training sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
This role is perfect for an experienced HRBP or HR professional with a proven track record in talent management and performance improvement. You’ll need to be comfortable leading projects independently, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering impactful training.
