  • Ability to lead, motivate, and model professionalism for staff teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with staff, pupils, parents, and external partners.
  • Commitment to high professional standards, safeguarding, and child protection.

Benefits of the Role

  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
  • Access to a blue light discount card
  • Fully funded training and qualifications for all colleagues
  • Enhanced pay scales based on experience and qualifications
  • Employee benefits scheme, including wellbeing app and a range of discounts
  • Life assurance

We are proud to support our client in their commitment to equality and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including veterans and military families.

All positions require enhanced DBS checks and reference verification to ensure the welfare and safety of pupils. School tours are encouraged as part of the interview process.
