AI Automation Coach – Fully Remote

Are you hands-on with AI tools and automation, and passionate about helping others apply them in real-world business environments?
 
We’re looking for an AI Automation Coach  to support apprentices developing practical AI capability – focusing on how AI can be used to improve workflows, increase efficiency & drive real business outcomes.

This isn’t just theory. It’s about enabling people to actually use and maximise AI day-to-day.
 
The Role
You’ll work with learners who’ve enrolled on 12+ month AI programmes, helping them move beyond understanding AI to confidently applying it in their companies / roles.
 
Through a blend of structured delivery and coaching, you’ll support learners to:

• Identify automation opportunities within their organisation
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows
• Use AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making
• Develop confidence working with emerging technologies

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging, practical virtual sessions focused on AI tools, automation, and real-world application
• Run workshops on prompting, AI workflows, and business use cases
• Coach learners on how to identify, design and implement AI-driven solutions
• Support the creation of AI agents, assistants, and automated processes
• Guide learners through applying tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and no/low-code platforms
• Provide 1:1 coaching to embed learning and build confidence
• Review learner work, offering clear, actionable feedback
• Bring training to life through real business examples and use cases

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience using AI in a practical, business-focused way (automation, workflows, enablement, transformation etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini (or similar)
• Experience with no-code / low-code automation tools (e.g. building workflows, integrations, AI agents)
• Ability to translate AI into clear, practical applications for non-technical audiences
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (formal or informal)
• Passion for developing others and making AI accessible

 
This a permanent, fully remote working position.
Salary is £50,000 – £60,000
