Data Analyst Trainer – Fully Remote

Are you an experienced Data Analyst who enjoys helping others develop their skills and confidence with data?

We’re looking for a Data Analyst Trainer to support apprentices as they build core analytics skills – quipping them with the tools, techniques & mindset needed to work effectively with data analysis.

This role is focused on practical, applied data analytics – helping learners go beyond theory and confidently use data to solve real-world problems.

The Role

You’ll work with junior/apprentice Data Analyst from a range of companies & industries, supporting them to develop strong technical foundations and apply their skills in workplace contexts.

Through a blend of structured delivery and coaching, you’ll help learners to:

• Analyse and interpret data to support decision-making
• Build dashboards and visualisations
• Work with data using SQL and Python
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions across data analytics concepts and tools
• Run practical workshops covering SQL, Python, Excel and Power BI
• Support learners in developing data analysis, visualisation and storytelling skills
• Guide learners through real-world data scenarios and business use cases
• Provide 1:1 coaching to reinforce learning and build confidence
• Review learner work and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Help learners translate technical outputs into meaningful business insights

What We’re Looking For

• Industry experience working as a Data Analyst (or similar role)
• Strong knowledge of tools such as SQL, Python, Excel and Power BI
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, accessible way
• Experience in training, teaching, coaching or mentoring
• Passion for developing others and supporting early-career professionals
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Location: Fully Remote
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
