An established and growing training provider is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a team delivering Health & Social Care Apprenticeships. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving learner success, operational excellence, and team performance across apprenticeship delivery.

Key Responsibilities
As Team Manager, you will take ownership of team performance, learner progression, and quality standards. Responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team delivering Health & Social Care Apprenticeships at Levels 2-5
- Driving KPI achievement, learner success rates, and overall operational performance
- Managing team performance through regular 1:1s, SMART objectives, and ongoing coaching
- Identifying and addressing underperformance through structured improvement plans
- Monitoring learner progress and implementing interventions where required
- Ensuring learner reviews and planned contact activity remain compliant and effective
- Maintaining high standards in line with ESFA funding rules, internal quality frameworks, and Ofsted expectations
- Working collaboratively with Quality, Compliance, and Support functions to ensure positive learner outcomes
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members
- Leading team meetings, promoting best practice, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing safeguarding concerns in line with policy and procedure
- Taking responsibility for operational performance, including budget and P&L awareness
About You Essential Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ management experience
- Proven experience leading and performance-managing teams within apprenticeship delivery or education/training environments
- Strong understanding of KPI management and operational targets
- Experience using data and reporting to drive performance improvements
