The Opportunity
 
They are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the Yorkshire region and beyond. This is a high-activity, new business focused role where success comes from generating your own pipeline, building relationships, and closing opportunities.

✔ Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
✔ Strong new business / self-generated sales experience
✔ Hungry, resilient, and target-driven mindset
✔ Comfortable speaking with senior decision makers
✔ Experience in apprenticeships, training, recruitment, or consultative sales preferred
