Salary: £63,000-£65,000 + Benefits
 
The Opportunity
 
We’re supporting a specialist education provider to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to join the senior leadership team at one of its education settings.
 
This is a broad leadership role, overseeing operational performance, HR, compliance and business support functions, ensuring the setting operates effectively while supporting outstanding outcomes for learners.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational and business support services.
• Oversee HR, recruitment and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support financial and resource planning.
• Work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic objectives.

About You
 
You’ll have:

• Senior operational leadership experience.
• A background within education, health, social care or another regulated environment.
• Strong HR, compliance and people management experience.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
