Divisional Business Manager – Education
 
Location: Home-based with regular national travel
Salary: £60,000-£68,000 + Benefits
 
The Opportunity
 
We’re recruiting for a commercially focused senior leader to support the strategic and operational performance of a growing education portfolio.
 
Working alongside the Director of Education and senior leadership team, you’ll drive business performance, financial sustainability, operational improvement and strategic growth across multiple education services.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead business planning and performance reporting.
• Monitor budgets and commercial performance.
• Drive operational improvement across multiple sites.
• Support growth, occupancy and service development.
• Lead strategic projects and organisational change.
• Develop executive reports and business intelligence.
• Build strong relationships across operational and corporate teams.

About You
 
You’ll have:

• Senior business management experience within education or another regulated multi-site environment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience managing budgets and analysing performance.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to influence at executive level and drive organisational improvement.
