FIND are delighted to be working in partnership with a world-class training and apprenticeships provider to recruit an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) with experience across Sales and Customer Service apprenticeships.
 
 
The Role
As an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), you will play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency and compliance of apprenticeship delivery across the organisation.
 
 
As an IQA, you will:

• Conduct internal quality assurance across Sales Executive programmes.
• Sample and quality assure learner portfolios and assessment decisions.
• Work closely with Development Coaches to ensure consistent quality across delivery.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to Coaches to improve assessment practice.
• Support and lead standardisation activities across the coaching team.
• Identify development needs and support the training and upskilling of Coaches.
• Contribute to performance planning and quality improvement activity.
• Maintain accurate quality assurance records and ensure actions are followed through.
• Support the organisation in maintaining readiness for Ofsted and external quality assurance activity.
• Ensure assessment decisions are consistent, fair and compliant with awarding organisation requirements.
• Work collaboratively with delivery, quality and operational teams to continuously improve learner outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with Coaches and provide effective challenge where required.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality and compliance.

About you
We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. You may be:

• An experienced IQA / Internal Quality Assurer looking to move into a specialist Sales and Customer Service environment.
• An experienced IQA who has previously worked within Sales, Retail Sales, Call Centre or Customer Service environments.
• A newly qualified IQA with strong experience of coaching or delivering Sales apprenticeship standards.
