My client is a prestigious and successful schools trust who is seeking an HR Manager to join their team.  Reporting into the Senior Leadership Team, this is an excellent role for an experienced standalone HR Manager who can oversee all aspects of the HR function across four schools.

Supported by an HR Administrator, this key role will ensure that an efficient HR function is provided across the Trust.

Salary to £45K- The ideal candidate for this role has worked in an education setting.

Key duties for this role include but are not limited to-

  • supporting school leadership to deliver strategic people plan.
  • ensuring an effective HR service is available across the trust.
  • oversight of ER and performance management.
  • delivering advice and support on recruitment.
  • induction of new staff and ongoing professional development.
  • HR policy review and progression.

The ideal candidate for this role- 

  • holds an HR degree, or is CIPD Level 5 Qualified, or equivalent.
  • has previously worked in a standalone HR role.
  • is a strong HR generalist who has covered all HR aspects.
  • can build effective partnerships across the Trust and sites.
