My client is looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to join their team and drive financial strategy, reporting, and decision-making.

This role is based on site during the term, with some flexibility on home working during the school holidays. 

Salary for this role is up to £42,500.

About the Role:

As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic planning. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Lead financial planning and analysis to drive business performance
• Work closely with senior management to support decision-making
• Supervise and develop the finance team
• Identify and implement process improvements

About You:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in financial management roles
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience with financial reporting systems and best practices
