FIND are delighted to be supporting an award winning, Ofsted graded Good training provider to hire a new Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Tutor.

Role Focus
 
The role is home based with visits to our training centres to deliver face to face lessons as required and visits to settings delivering 1:1 or in groups. Our Tutors are required to deliver diplomas within the apprenticeship standards at levels 3 and 5 as part of the apprenticeship standards at levels 4 and 5. The role will involve supporting learners and visiting them in their workplaces in the Staffordshire and West Midlands areas. We will require the Tutor to deliver and embed functional skills at level 2 English and maths, deliver the knowledge skills and behaviours and the wider curriculum.
 
We Are Looking For
 
Ideally applicants will hold the A1/TAQA Assessor qualification or equivalent, or be willing to complete this qualification within the first few months of employment (with support).
 
We are looking for someone who has recent occupational experience in residential child care, a passion for supporting others and a good level of Maths and English.
