Job Title: Fabrication & Welding Engineer Trainer
Location: Hull (on-site)
Salary: £38,600 starting, rising to £39,700 after qualification

No teaching experience required — full training and qualifications will be provided.

Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 08:00–16:15
• Early finishes on Friday!
• Contract: Full-time, permanent
• Schedule: No weekends, no shift work

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on and classroom-based training in fabrication and welding (up to Level 3)
• Guide and assess apprentices through their development
• Maintain high standards of safety, practice, and professionalism

Requirements

• Industry experience in welding and/or fabrication (MIG, TIG, MMA, or general fabrication)
• Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Fabrication/Welding
• Strong communication skills and a practical approach
• Willingness to undertake teaching/training qualification (fully funded)
