Hybrid | London (2 days per week in office)
Salary: £37,500 – £42,500
OTE: £17,500 – £20,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

I’m recruiting on behalf of a leading national training provider with a strong reputation across funded programmes, including Skills Bootcamps and Adult Skills Fund (ASF) delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, values-driven organisation that puts learner outcomes and quality at the heart of everything they do.
The Role
This role sits within the Training function and leads a Candidate/Client Engagement / Learner Attraction team, responsible for driving high-quality learner starts across funded programmes.
You’ll lead from the front, owning your own targets while developing, coaching, and performance-managing a team to achieve collective KPIs. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Quality, Funding, and Senior Leadership to shape learner attraction strategy, improve regional engagement, and ensure contractual success.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence over growth, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual and team KPIs focused on learner starts across Skills Bootcamps and ASF programmes
  • Lead, coach, and performance-manage a candidate engagement team
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing to plan and optimise learner attraction campaigns
  • Partner with Quality and Funding teams to ensure delivery meets contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Support budgeting and marketing spend aligned to programme growth and geography
  • Drive continuous improvement, new initiatives, and ad-hoc projects as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in candidate attraction, learner engagement, or funded training recruitment
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing performance and KPIs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confident, professional, and highly organised approach
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing at a leadership level
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable driving change

If you’d like to discuss this role in more detail or explore whether it’s the right fit for you, feel free to reach out for a confidential conversation.
