Brickwork Tutor – Bristol Area Up to £37,500 | Monday–Friday | Fully Funded Training & Qualifications

I’m working with a training provider in the Bristol area who are looking to appoint a Brickwork Tutor to deliver apprenticeship training to learners working towards industry-recognised qualifications.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced bricklayer who wants to step off the tools and move into training. No previous teaching experience is required — all teaching and assessing qualifications are fully funded.

The role

• Delivering practical and classroom-based brickwork training to apprentices
• Teaching core skills aligned to apprenticeship standards
• Supporting learners with on-the-job skills development and progression
• Assessing learner work and providing constructive feedback
• Using provided resources to plan and deliver sessions

• Strong industry background in brickwork
• Passion for developing apprentices and sharing trade knowledge
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Willingness to complete funded teaching/assessing qualifications
