Head of Sales  – EdTech | Vocational Learning

Are you a commercially driven leader with a deep understanding of the post-16 learning space? This is your opportunity to shape the growth of cutting-edge EdTech solutions used by colleges and training providers across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 3 BDM’s to drive sales across Further Education and Independent Training Providers
  • Own and deliver team-wide revenue targets – this is a hands-on player/coach role
  • Build and nurture high-value relationships with tech vendors and resellers
  • Use your knowledge of the FE sector (think Apprenticeship levy, ILR, ALS, funding) to tailor strategic sales campaigns
  • Balance partner strategy, sales execution, and team performance – all within a fast-moving scale-up environment

Who You’ll Be Selling To:

  • Senior stakeholders at colleges and training providers – think FDs, MDs, VPs, APs, and Directors of Apprenticeships
  • A market of 2,500+ potential clients across the UK

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven B2B sales experience (EdTech or you might be in sales in vocational education at the moment & want a sector change!)
  • Confidence and credibility with the post-16 education audience – you get how colleges and training providers think
  • Experience leading sales teams
  • Strong commercial instincts and a strategic mindset

The Offer:

  • £60K base + OTE
  • Hybrid role: 2 days a week in Leeds (Mondays & Wednesdays)
