Head of Sales – EdTech | Vocational Learning
Are you a commercially driven leader with a deep understanding of the post-16 learning space? This is your opportunity to shape the growth of cutting-edge EdTech solutions used by colleges and training providers across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and inspire a team of 3 BDM’s to drive sales across Further Education and Independent Training Providers
- Own and deliver team-wide revenue targets – this is a hands-on player/coach role
- Build and nurture high-value relationships with tech vendors and resellers
- Use your knowledge of the FE sector (think Apprenticeship levy, ILR, ALS, funding) to tailor strategic sales campaigns
- Balance partner strategy, sales execution, and team performance – all within a fast-moving scale-up environment
Who You’ll Be Selling To:
- Senior stakeholders at colleges and training providers – think FDs, MDs, VPs, APs, and Directors of Apprenticeships
- A market of 2,500+ potential clients across the UK
What You’ll Need:
- Proven B2B sales experience (EdTech or you might be in sales in vocational education at the moment & want a sector change!)
- Confidence and credibility with the post-16 education audience – you get how colleges and training providers think
- Experience leading sales teams
- Strong commercial instincts and a strategic mindset
The Offer:
- £60K base + OTE
- Hybrid role: 2 days a week in Leeds (Mondays & Wednesdays)
