We are working with an independent training provider who are looking to add a Gas Trainer / Assessor to their growing team in Porchester.

This role focuses on delivering and assessing short commercial gas courses (including renewals), all from a single, well-equipped training centre.

Whether you’re an experienced trainer/assessor or a qualified gas engineer looking to move into training, this is a fantastic opportunity. Full training and support will be provided, including any refresher tickets or assessing qualifications you may need.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver short commercial gas courses, including renewals.
• Assess learners following completion of courses.
• Provide support, guidance, and feedback to ensure learners meet required standards.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold awarding body requirements.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, professional, and supportive training environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced gas engineer (domestic or commercial) OR existing trainer/assessor.
• ACS qualifications (commercial gas desirable).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support and guide learners.
• Willingness to gain training/assessing qualifications (fully funded by the provider if not already held).
